If you book directly via our online reservation system, or if you email or call us, we guarantee you our best price for the period selected by you. That way we can offer you an even better and more personal service.

The time of your check-in is agreed in advance. Should you arrive prior to 2 PM and the room is not ready, you receive the key to your room and we store your luggage. Late check-in is possible. We have a locker where you can find the key. We give you the code and all necessary information once you have booked.

Checking out is generally at 11AM (late check-out can be arranged).

In front of Tspijker there is ample free parking.

Our homemade breakfast is included in the price.

You can have breakfast without booking a room provided you make a reservation by phone.

Pets are only permitted in the Alcove room provided it is arranged prior to arrival. A reservation by phone is necessary so we can go over the house policy. There is an extra charge of €10 per day.

All our rooms and common areas have free WiFi

You can safely store your bike in our shed. You can charge your electric bike there.

There is a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of Tspijker (less than 2 km).

In Tspijker you cannot pay by your bank card or your credit card. Advance payment by bank transfer via our online reservation system is required.
