- Hors d'oeuvre Vitello Tonato
  a mini carpaccio of very tender, slow cooked Belgian veal with a mayonaise of ansjovy, capers and tuna
- Beef ragout croquette
  deep-fried beef ragout coated with bread crumbs
- OR shrimp croquette
  deep fried north sea shrimps in bechamel sauce coated with bread crumbs
- Soup of the Chef with garnish
- Belgian Beef filet (specialty of the house), stir-fried vegetables and sauce of the day. Served with fries from Postel and homemade mayonnaise
- OR Poached Cod in a sauce with Champagne, white wine and vegetables. Served with homemade mashed potatoes
- A new take on Sabayon: an easy to digest sabayon prepared cold, flavoured with Amaretto, vanilla ice cream and a seasonal garnish
